Recognizing Opportunity: The Key to Wealth and Financial Freedom
Jack Ma, the richest man in China, once said, "If you put money and bananas in front of a monkey, the monkey will choose the bananas because it doesn't know that money can buy many more bananas." In a similar way, if you offer people the choice between a job and a business, most will choose the job because they don't understand that a business can generate far more wealth than a salary.
One of the reasons people remain poor is that they are not trained to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities. They spend years in school, but what they are taught is mainly how to work for a paycheck, not how to create wealth for themselves.
Profit is better than wages. Wages can sustain you, but profits can
build a fortune.
If
you don't learn to recognize opportunities, you will continue to follow the
same limited path, missing out on far more profitable ones.
